Kristie Cordle-Infante began her dance training with the San Diego Civic Youth Ballet, Christain Youth Theater and San Diego Parks and Recreation. Later she joined the California Ballet School on the coveted Jonny Jenning's scholarship and was accepted into their Junior Company. While a part of the Junior Company she received training from many well known local, national and international artists. She also supplemented her training by attending summer programs at the Summer Dance Lab in Washington State, North Carolina Dance Theater, the world renown Jacob's Pillow, and on a full scholarship at the International Russian Ballet Seminar. By the age of fifteen and already a High School graduate, she was chosen to join the California Ballet's Senior Company. Since joining the California Ballet she has toured with them to Victorville, CA; Redlands CA; Colorado, Wyoming, Arizona, Washington D.C. for the Millennium March, and Mexico for the International Mainly Mozart Festival with the Cuarteto Latinoamericano. Mrs.Cordle has also guested in Alaska with Juneau Dance Unlimited as the Sugar Plum Fairy in thier Nutcracker and as a dancer in the San Diego Opera productions of A Masked Ball, Ariodante and La Traviata. As a Soloist with the California Ballet she has performed many leading roles. Her repitroire includes: Myrtha in Giselle, Fairy of Generosity, Pas de Trois, Puss and Boots, and the Blue Bird Pas de Deux in Sleeping Beauty, Waltz in Les Sylphides, Spirit in In Memory of...United We Stand, the Red Queen in Alice In Wonderland, The Stepmother / Witch in Snow White, Fairy, Soloist Fairy in Beauty and the Beast, Titania and Helena in A Mid Summer Night's Dream, Prayer in Coppelia, Micaela in Carmen, Lead Arabian, Snow Queen, and the Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker, and the principal roles in Trio and Spanish Serenade. She has also appeared in the movie Being John Malkovich and more recently on California Ballet's Televised production of The Nutcracker as the Snow Queen. Mrs.Cordle has been a dance instructor and private coach with various dance schools in the greater San Diego area for the past nine years, and this will be her second season judging dance competions with Dancer's Inc.
