Rosemary Linden is the founder and Managing Director of Momentum CFO, a financial consulting firm that helps small to mid-sized businesses grow profitably. Rosemary has 20 years of financial management experience leading the finance organizations of companies ranging in size from small start-ups to global Fortune 500 enterprises. Prior to founding Momentum CFO, Rosemary held financial leadership positions including Director of Global Financial Planning and Analysis at WD-40 Company and Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Alliant Insurance Services. Throughout her career, Rosemary has served as a trusted advisor to corporate executives, guiding them to make informed financial decisions in the best interest of their companies and shareholders. She has been responsible for developing and managing budgets exceeding $1 billion per year, and has deep expertise in financial reporting and analysis, strategic planning, and investment management. Rosemary earned her MSBA in Financial and Tax Planning from San Diego State University and her BA in Economics from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Nicole Leavitt is the founder and President of Alacritous Solutions, a bookkeeping and admin firm that serves small businesses across the US. Prior to starting Alacritous Solutions, Nicole spent 10 years in the technology space as a Project Manager for internal operating systems for large companies working to streamline processes and data to scale businesses. Nicole works with small businesses to make sure their accounting is accurate and timely so businesses can make data-driven decisions. Nicole earned her MBA with an emphasis in Global Management from Ashford University and her BA in Art History from San Diego State University. Nicole grew up as a musician with the San Diego Youth Symphony and spent a couple of years volunteering in her daughter's theater productions. Nicole is a native San Diegan and lives with her husband, daughter and rescue dog.

Debby Lenz retired in 2019 after 36 years with the SD YMCA serving as the Executive Director at the Cameron Family YMCA from 2016-2019. She started her Y career as a program director, coach, dance teacher and choreographer for competitive gymnasts. She developed the program of 50 students into the largest YMCA gymnastics program in the country with over 1400 students and one of the top competitive gymnastics programs in the County and State. In 2003, serving as Associate Executive Director, Debby helped facilitate a partnership with the City of Santee resulting in the construction of The Cameron Family YMCA. She managed an almost $4million budget with over 8,000 members. Debby also raised in excess of $1 million for the Y throughout her career. In 2008 the Cameron Family YMCA’s Gymnastics Center was renamed the “Debby Lenz Gymnastics Center” in recognition of her achievement and dedication to advancing the Mission of the YMCA through the development of the Y’s gymnastics program. Debby taught ballet and choreographed at Hidden Valley in Carmel Valley and taught ballet at USD for the MFA/Old Globe Theater’s acting program. She has a BS in Human Services from Springfield College. Debby grew up outside Philadelphia and lives in North Park with husband, Robert Drake and enjoys walking her dogs, traveling and she attends ballet class regularly.

Devra Davis is a senior attorney with more than 15 years of experience in law firms, technology companies, and non-profit environments. She spent the majority of her legal career working with technology teams to deliver practical and actionable legal advice. She has also committed herself to helping expand access to justice for vulnerable communities through pro bono work. She is an avid enthusiast and supporter of dance, theater, and all live performances. Devra received her J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and her B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She lives in San Diego with her husband and two sons.

Shana Medley currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for the Century Club of San Diego, the organization that operates San Diego’s annual PGA TOUR event, the Farmers Insurance Open, at the historic Torrey Pines golf course. Her diverse experience includes previous roles in integrated marketing, event management, public relations, and business development. Prior to joining The Century Club of San Diego, her career included roles with myriad companies including Caesars Entertainment, Jewish National Fund, Competitor Group, Siemens, and Sports Illustrated (among others). Hailing from the Midwest, Shana is proud to call San Diego home for close to 15 years now. An avid sports fan and fitness enthusiast, you can find Shana rooting on her Florida State Seminoles or running, weightlifting, golfing, or skiing.

Andrea Steinbrenner is the Chief Executive Officer at Exit Consulting Group, Inc. (ECG). An experienced, versatile executive who has worked across a multitude of industries throughout her career, Andrea’s objective is to leave businesses better than she finds them and works hard to provide her clients and companies with their best possible outcome. Andrea emphasizes the importance of clear communication and demonstrates this skill by listening to the wants, needs, goals, and priorities of each client before collaborating to find the starting point in the client’s journey. She brings the same skills to working with staff, searching to find solutions that best fit the situation and move people towards their goals while maintaining the company’s culture and values. Andrea’s win is seeing people succeed and helping them find the best way to reach their goals.

Arielle Sykes has been a part of the San Diego Civic Youth Ballet Company for the past 16 years as a parent volunteer, and is thrilled to be a member of the Board of Directors now that her daughters have both graduated from the school. Arielle has her Bachelor’s Degree in Theater/Dance from UCSD and prior to having her three children, had the privilege of performing at Starlight Civic Light Opera, Lawrence Welk Theater, Moonlight Stage Productions, and for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. She taught ballet, tap, and jazz throughout San Diego County before eventually becoming an elementary school teacher. She is currently a Kindergarten teacher at Silver Gate Elementary School for the San Diego Unified School District. She has been a trusted leader in the Point Loma Cluster Schools for several years, having been the President of Friend’s of Silver Gate and Friend’s of Dana Middle School as well as a long-standing member of the Point Loma Schools Foundation. She is an avid supporter of the arts and especially loves to support youth organizations. When she is not traveling to visit her three children, she loves to take long walks, read and see live performances. She lives in North Park with her husband, Dean, her dog, and her cat.
